Ideally suited to properties with land and outbuildings that are normally difficult to protect such as farms, small holdings, nurseries, industrial site, etc, the wireless burglar alarm equipment on offer by Martley is not to be confused with cheap imported UHF wireless short range products found in many popular DIY stores. Our products use industrial VHF frequencies giving far superior range and less problems with interference and false alarms.
External PIR detectors have the ability to transmit line of sight up to 1000 ft as standard or with the addition of an aerial, far in excess of this distance offering long range protection not normally afforded by off the shelf intruder alarm systems, making protection of drive ways, stables, workshops, offices, entry ways, far more simple that using wired systems.
Whilst simple to operate, the 8 zone control panel has every conceivable, programmable feature you could need, allowing connection of up to 32 devices including outdoor & indoor PIR type detectors, strobe alarm boxes, auto diallers - landline or gsm, remote controls, contact transmitters, vibration sensors, smoke alarms, heat sensors and more.
A burglar alarm system can consist of as little as one detector and a control panel with more items being added very easily should they be required.
The system can be part set or full set, part setting gives the ability to alarm one area whilst allowing free movement in another, but when required, the whole areas can be alarmed by full setting.
Also the system may be used in alarm or indicator mode, when in 'alarm mode' the system will sound the alarm when the PIR detector beam is broken, when in 'indicator mode' the system can be made to 'chime or bing-bong' alerting you that your property has been entered, should noise not be required then an LED will light to indicate which zone has been entered.
Bell/strobe boxes, smoke detectors, vibration sensors, auto diallers can all be added to the system very simply as and when you need them and as virtually all products are wireless, installation is very straightforward.
The systems are widely used by many Police forces and Government departments and as they are British made should any replacments be required they will be available many years after the purchase date.
Martley security equipment is supplied pre-configured and ready for use. It's wireless so simply place the detectors where you need them and plug in the control panel/indicator.
All outdoor weatherproof detectors are supplied with Alkaline batteries which last approx. 12 months. Indoor detectors use AA cells and last approx. 3 years. The panel will indicate when to replace them, giving approximately 3 weeks advance warning.
We only use DTI, MOD, CE approved equipment built here in the UK to BS6799 Class 6 or Class 3 NACOSS specifications.
