Products are usually shipped the same day if ordered before 2.30pm, however, during busy periods, stock may be short and the item will be shipped as soon as new stock arrives. Most products are in stock and if ordered before 2.30pm, shipped the same day. Please note that this does not mean guaranteed next day delivery. However, this option is available at the checkout, please make sure you leave accurate contact details for us to contact you in the event of not being able to comply with next day delivery. If you have a particular requirement with regard to shipping or delivery that is not covered by the options at the checkout, please call the order line 01905 621313 between 9am - 5.30pm weekdays Delivery Timeframes You can typically expect a First Class delivery to arrive within 2-5 days of posting and the vast majority of deliveries do arrive well within this timeframe, however, it can sometimes take longer. If your item does not arrive, please be patient. We will not consider a First Class parcel lost until 14 days have passed. This does not happen very often and if an item does not arrive promptly, it is still very likely that it will arrive within the 14 days. If an item is delayed, we cannot take any action until 14 days have passed. All standard deliveries to the UK mainland are free, with some exceptions (see here for more details). Items with a value of less than 30GBP weighing less than 2kg are dispatched via Royal Mail second class. Items with a higher value are sent via RM first class. Anything heavier than 2kg is sent via carrier on an overnight (not guaranteed) service. The checkout has an option to select next working day delivery. Next Working Day - if this service is specified during the checkout process before 2pm, these products will be dispatched via RM Special Delivery or on a 'before 12' carrier. It may be worth calling if you require a Next Day and it is later than 2.30pm as we will try our best to get it to you. Saturday DeliveriesWe can arrange for a Saturday delivery for certain products but there will be an additional charge, we can also arrange timed deliveries before 10.00, before 12.00 or afternoon deliveries - again there will be an additional charge made by the carrier.
