The performance of this light is every bit as good as the looks with 1000 lumens of light output available when triggered by the PIR.

The light features two modes:

Mode 1: The light switches on only when movement is detected by the PIR, giving 1000 lumens for 10 seconds then switching off - unless movement is detected again during this time. This mode is generally recommended for the shortest days of the year to maximise battery power.

Mode 2: At dusk the light turns on a low level 'nightlight' of about 20 lumens and stays on until dawn, if the PIR detects movement the 1000 lumens light turns on for 10 seconds, then turns off leaving the 'nightlight' on.

This gorgeous looking light also has the brilliant ASL2.1 Technology and TCS technology built in**.

Ideal for placing near an entrance or walkway, along fences or walls.

Lumens are a measure of light output, higher figures mean brighter light. Typically, traditional garden solar lights give out less than 10 lumens.

ASL2.1 Technology Gives the ability to preserve its power and slightly dim the main output power when it detects the energy of the Li-ion battery (built into the unit) is starting to run low. Gives extra days with a working light even when the weather conditions are working against a solar powered system. This technology offers up to 270% more working time over similar solar products.

TCS Technology Protects the internal battery from the high and low extremes in temperature. This in turn extends the life of the battery.
